Felician University is currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, outgoing, goal-oriented Enrollment Management Professional to serve as Associate Director of Management Services at Felician University. The Deputy Principal is responsible for achieving transfer enrollment goals in conjunction with the Memorandum of Understanding / Partnership with Bergen Community College. He / she will serve as admissions manager, financial aid manager and initial academic advisor for transfer students from BCC into traditional adult undergraduate or graduate programs.

BA / BS degree required, Masters in related field preferred

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in higher education and / or advice on enrollment / admissions / study abroad; excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills; sensitivity and ability to engage with and lead a culturally and religiously diverse student body; strong organizational skills; well-developed presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work independently with multiple priorities and deadlines; working knowledge of standard office hardware and software including Word, Outlook and Access; ability to work evenings / weekends as required; familiarity with social networking sites; experience working with Ellucian / colleague, CRM an asset.
