Briefcase: Wealth management firm promotes assistant vice president


Will Reardon, financial advisor to the Compass Rose Group at Morgan Stanley’s Albuquerque office of wealth management, was promoted to assistant vice president and given the title of director of alternative investments.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Reardon was an attorney in Washington, D.C., advising clients on policy, regulatory and legislative matters relating to financial services, tax, trade, technology, energy and assisting clients with to complex challenges involving congressional inquiries and investigations.

Prior to working at a major law firm, he worked in the government relations office of the National Collegiate Athletic Association on various policy issues affecting intercollegiate athletics. While in DC, Reardon also served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, lecturing on intercollegiate athletics administration, digital media, and marketing. A native of Albuquerque, Reardon graduated from St. Pius X High School. He later earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and a law degree from Georgetown University.
