I’m a celebrity … Get me out of here! ‘S David Ginola was spotted showing off enough man management skills to’ get him the job at Manchester United ‘on Monday night’s show.

The former Newcastle United winger is one of 10 celebrities to appear on the 21st round of the ITV reality show, which started on Sunday night.

In Monday’s episode, Ginola was shown as a father figure to Emmerdale actor Danny Miller before he entered a bushtucker trial.

Ginola told the soap opera star that he would be proud of himself and what he had to do while preparing him for the trial, which Miller won.

“Think about all the good things and not the bad,” Ginola told the actor.

“So you can say, ‘okay, I’ve never done this before’. You are going to do it, you are going to do it. It’s that simple.

“You are strong, I believe in you. You are going to be proud of yourself, do it for yourself, just for you.”

Miller won the lawsuit by collecting all available five stars and winning dinner for each of his campmates.

Ginola’s words of encouragement left viewers amazed, with many taking to social media to point out that he could be a good candidate for the vacant Manchester United managerial post.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked on Sunday morning as the Red Devils are currently looking for an interim manager to appoint until the end of the season.

A fan on Twitter wrote: “Bring David Ginola to Man Utd, the team talks would be mega.”

Meanwhile, a third viewer tweeted: “The way Ginola is the man handling it, I would have it at United.”

Ginola has not yet entered club management since he retired in 2003, but spent a year as a club representative in Singapore between 2010 and 2011.

During his playing career he made 195 Premier League appearances for four different clubs, scoring 22 goals in the process.

In Sunday’s episode, the 54-year-old opened up about his fear of being eaten by a shark and revealed he has had nightmares about it since watching the Jaws movie as a child.
