Fluence acquires renewable asset performance management company Nispera

Fluence, a joint venture of US power generation group AES Corp (NYSE:AES) and German industrial conglomerate Siemens AG (ETR:SIE), said the acquisition expands its digital footprint, providing it with a combined digital portfolio of 15 GW under contract or under contract. management.

Nispera adds five apps to Fluence IQ’s digital app offerings, including Nispera’s core SaaS product, a predictive maintenance app, an operations and maintenance app, a portfolio management app, and a providing enhanced energy production forecasting services for energy traders, large asset managers, system operators and financial institutions.
