Improve your project management skills by preparing for the PMPExam with West Chester University’s comprehensive Project Management Workshop starting Wednesday, February 23.

The eight-week workshop is aimed at both novice and experienced project managers aspiring to become a professional and/or seeking professional certification in project management. It is designed to equip participants with the full set of skills and tools to consistently be an effective project manager.

Participants examine the role of the project manager and his involvement in managing the life cycle of a project through defining tasks, managing time, estimating costs, planning and allocating resources. The workshop includes:

  • Virtually led instruction by a certified project management professional
  • Updated materials and techniques for the new PMP exam
  • Free online access to all documents for up to one year
  • All PMI knowledge areas covered
  • Approximately 11 hours of homework throughout the eight weeks
  • Real-world experiences shared to enhance practical application
  • West Chester University certificate awarded with 35 contact hours after completion
  • Meets the educational requirements to take the PMP exam
  • Cost $895 (textbook and exam questions are not included in the price)

The workshop is designed as a blended learning experience where participants apply the various tools and techniques discussed. Individual and group exercises are part of the learning experience.
