DC-based Queue Management Services (LMS) announced its partnership with Analysis of associations (A2) to integrate its two products.

Launched in 2017, the software startup creates B2B products designed to help organizations build better, more diverse teams. The company was born from National Council of Architects Registration Boards (NCARB). The LMS began as an internal project for NCARB to better understand the skills and demographics of its volunteers.

LMS launched its flagship board-created product in March called line upan online platform for organizations working in the assessment sector to ensure they have a diverse workforce.

This partnership is timely: A2 is an analysis company for associations. A2 will integrate LMS’s online platform and related data into its existing platform called Insighta platform that organizations can use to combine data from key source systems into a cloud-based platform for self-service analytics.

The merged product will help association clients organize a diverse team by evaluating how different combinations of talent work together.

“With this integration, associations can now combine data from all of their systems into a single-source solution that will help them organize the best possible cross-functional teams and understand how employee and volunteer talent management practices impact impact on key metrics, insight not possible before.”, President of LMS Guillermo Ortiz of Zarate said in a statement.

LMS recently appointed its first Board of Directors, adding five seasoned executives with association and technology expertise. Zarate sits on the board of directors as a member.
