British management company ie:music, which represents Robbie Williams and composer Craig Armstrong, has launched i.e.: entertainment.
ie: entertainment is described as a multi-genre production and talent management company that will be “dedicated to the creation, production and distribution of scripted and unscripted content across the formats television, film and digital.
ie:entertainment is led by executives Lucy Pullin, co-founder and creative director, and Tim Clark, co-founder and president, with Nina Parnaby as chief operating officer.
The company’s March 2022 launch follows ie:music’s recent collaboration with director Tara Films on the Shuhada Sadaqat, also known as artist Sinead O’Connor, documentary Nothing compares.
The documentary premiered at Sundance 2022 before being acquired by Show time for a theatrical and broadcast release in fall 2022.

The company’s first investment was in music-making app Endlesss.FM, which closed a “major” funding round in 2019.
The company has secured investment from a number of high profile executives including Mathew Daniel (VP International, NetEase Cloud Music), Dhiraj Mukherjee (co-founder, Shazam), Richard Jones (manager, Pixies) and others .
