A provider of specialist risk-based workplace and asset management services has established a new regional center in South Yorkshire.

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management will relocate its Sheffield and Wakefield operations to a single 12,000 square foot center at Sovereign Court near Barrow Road in Sheffield in early 2022.

The company, which is headquartered in Leicester, has ten service offices nationwide, including bases in Warrington, Bristol, Bedford, Darlington and Northampton, with the new South Yorkshire hub to house its service planning function. national resources.

The 12,000 square foot office development was recently the subject of a £ 150,000 improvement plan by owner Clarke Properties.
