NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA, June 10, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — The next generation of businesswomen deserves financial education, access and freedom. That is why Tuesday P. Brooks, with his financial management company AJOYhas just launched the Phindiwe Business Academy.

The Phindiwe Business Academy, established in December 2021, exists to provide high-impact education and resources for young women in finance. Its first class, in the spring of 2022, will be a cohort of young East African women who have obtained a professional degree proficiency in bookkeeping with the promise of gainful employment work opportunities – to help foster independence and financial freedom – upon successful completion of the program.

This is an educational experience facilitated by AJOY, a financial management company established in 2009 that is committed to improving the profitability of micro and small businesses while fostering the exponential growth of financially sound, people-led businesses. women in the United States and around the world. Paired with Brooks’ 25 years of education experience, which includes a Masters of Education, ProAdvisor certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and trainer status with national organizations and Intuit (the creators of QBO) to provide professional training to QBO users, Phindiwe Business Academy’s curriculum is concretely structured to build the confidence and skills of its students.

The AJOY team executed a plan to develop strategic partnerships to ensure student success and entrepreneurial growth for each program graduate. Current partners include Tamara Horton of the Studio Samuel Foundation and Kenyan athlete Grace Kahura.
